Our coffee is grown at 1,750 meters above sea level in the rich volcanic soil of Caldas, Colombia. This altitude and terroir create the perfect environment for developing the unique flavours and aromas that define Arraigo Coffee.
Each coffee cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness, ensuring only the best make it to your cup. This meticulous process respects the land and reflects our dedication to quality.
Our beans are carefully washed to highlight their clean, bright flavours. This traditional method preserves the integrity of the coffee and enhances the nuanced notes of our beans.
After washing, the beans are sun-dried on raised beds. This slow, natural drying process ensures consistent quality and allows the beans to develop their distinctive flavour profiles.
Once dried, our beans are roasted in small batches to achieve the perfect balance of flavour and aroma. Our roast profiles are designed to honour the natural characteristics of the coffee while offering a rich and memorable experience.
To preserve freshness, Arraigo Coffee is packaged immediately after roasting, whether in whole-bean or ground form. This ensures that every bag delivers the vibrant flavours and aroma that our coffee is known for.
