Three generations of coffee.
One reason to share it.
Arraigo began with a straightforward problem. Julian had watched his father and grandfather grow some of the finest coffee in Aranzazu, Caldas for decades, but almost nobody outside the highlands knew it existed.
THE NAME
Arraigo is the Spanish word for rootedness, the deep attachment a person develops to the land they come from. For Julian’s family, that attachment isn’t poetic. It’s three generations of early mornings, of reading the weather, of knowing which slope produces what flavour and why.
Julian didn’t start a coffee brand to reinvent anything. He started it to close a gap: between the cup his family had always drunk at home, and the cup the rest of the world had never had access to.
